Custom DTF Transfers by Size

To order your transfer, select the size that covers the longest side of your design.
For example, if your design is 2" × 5", choose the 5" transfer size, upload your file, and we’ll take care of the rest.

All sizes are based on the longest side of your design.

• If your design is wider than it is tall, the width will match the selected size.
• If it’s taller than it is wide, the height will match the selected size.
  We always preserve your design’s original proportions — so it won’t be stretched, squished, or distorted.

We print exactly what you submit. Files that do not meet these guidelines may result in unexpected prints and are not eligible for reprints or refunds.

Artwork Requirements

• Do not mirror your image — our system mirrors automatically.
• 300 DPI or higher at the final print size
• Transparent background recommended — all visible areas (including white) will print
• Minimum outline thickness: 0.02 pt for proper adhesive coverage
• Minimum text height: 0.35" for clean, readable results
• Color mode: RGB recommended (we convert automatically)

Quick Press Guide:
300°F · 8–10 seconds · Medium–firm pressure · Hot or cold peel

1. Pre-press garment for 5 seconds at 300°F to remove moisture and wrinkles.

2. Position transfer (design facing up) and press for 8–10 seconds at 300°F using medium–firm pressure.

3. Peel hot or cold. For Polyester or heat-sensitive fabrics, lower the temperature slightly and allow the garment to cool for 5–10 seconds before peeling. (Glitter DTF film is cold peel only.)

4. Final press for at least 5 seconds at 300°F using a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to fully bond the ink.

How to Store DTF Transfers

Proper storage helps maintain print quality until you're ready to press:
• Store transfers flat to prevent curling
• Keep in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture
• Avoid direct sunlight or UV exposure
• Keep away from chemicals or fumes
• Use airtight containers or sleeves for long-term storage

Pro tip: Clear plastic file organizers or sleeves work great.

How to Wash DTF-Decorated Apparel

To keep your prints vibrant and long-lasting:
• Turn the garment inside out
• Machine wash cold
• Do not Bleach
• Do not use fabric softeners
• Tumble dry low
• Do not iron directly on the design

While we work quickly, please allow 1–3 business days for processing DTF transfers and non-customized orders during peak times or in the event of unexpected delays.

Custom items (such as shirts, tumblers, or patches) require a bit more processing time, so please allow 3–5 business days.
