Custom Products & Artwork Upload Policy

This Custom Products & Artwork Upload Policy applies to purchases made through PrintPony (a DBA of SkipTea, LLC) for custom and made-to-order products created using customer-submitted artwork.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


Print-As-Uploaded Acknowledgment

Artwork submitted through the Upload option is printed exactly as provided, without review or proof. This includes, but is not limited to, size, resolution, placement, transparency, alignment, and overall design quality.

By submitting artwork, you acknowledge that your design will be printed as uploaded and that no edits, adjustments, or corrections will be made by PrintPony.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their artwork is print-ready prior to submission.


File Quality & Color Variations

Customers are responsible for submitting artwork in the recommended file format and resolution. PrintPony is not responsible for issues related to low resolution, pixelation, poor image quality, incorrect sizing, or design errors present in the submitted file.

Color may vary slightly between screen displays and the final printed product due to differences in monitors, devices, materials, and printing processes. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.


Artwork Ownership & Permission

By submitting artwork to PrintPony, you represent and confirm that you own the rights to the submitted artwork or have obtained proper permission to reproduce it. This includes all images, logos, text, designs, and other content provided.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. PrintPony does not verify ownership or usage rights and assumes no responsibility for disputes, claims, or damages arising from customer-submitted artwork.


Final Sale on Custom Products

Because custom products are made specifically to customer specifications using submitted artwork, all custom and artwork-based orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to customer error, design approval concerns, file quality issues, or changes of mind.


Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact PrintPony promptly. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it appropriately.

By submitting artwork and placing an order with PrintPony, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Custom Products & Artwork Upload Policy.
