Artwork Submission Policy

Artwork submitted through the Upload option is printed exactly as provided. While files are checked for basic print compatibility, we do not provide design proofing or make edits or adjustments. This includes, but is not limited to, size, resolution, placement, transparency, alignment, and overall design quality.

By submitting artwork, you acknowledge that your design will be printed as uploaded and that no modifications or corrections will be made by PrintPony.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their artwork is fully print-ready prior to submission. Artwork requirements and preparation guidelines are provided on the product page under the File Upload Guidelines section for each applicable product. We strongly recommend reviewing these guidelines before uploading your file to ensure the best possible print results.


File Quality & Color Variations

Customers are responsible for submitting artwork in the recommended file format and resolution. PrintPony is not responsible for issues related to low resolution, pixelation, poor image quality, incorrect sizing, or design errors present in the submitted file.

Colors may vary slightly between screen displays and the final printed product due to differences in monitors, devices, materials, and printing processes. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Orders submitted without meeting the listed artwork guidelines may result in print quality issues and are not eligible for reprints or refunds.


Artwork Ownership & Permission

By submitting artwork to PrintPony, you represent and confirm that you own the rights to the submitted artwork or have obtained proper permission to reproduce it. This includes all images, logos, text, designs, and other content provided.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. PrintPony does not verify ownership or usage rights and assumes no responsibility for disputes, claims, or damages arising from customer-submitted artwork.


Optional Artwork Cleanup & Design Services

PrintPony offers optional, paid artwork cleanup and preparation services for customers who request assistance making their files print-ready. These services are intended to address basic technical issues only and do not include design revisions or creative modifications.

Cleanup services may include:

  • Background removal
  • Minor transparency cleanup
  • Basic edge refinement
  • Conversion to a print-compatible format

Cleanup services do not include resizing, layout changes, color correction, design alterations, font recreation, or content changes unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

When an artwork cleanup service is selected, PrintPony will make reasonable technical adjustments to improve print compatibility. The final printed result is approved as-is once the service is completed, and no additional proofs or revisions are provided unless otherwise stated.

Selecting an optional artwork cleanup service does not override the Print-As-Uploaded policy for any other aspects of the design.


Final Sale on Custom Products

Because custom products are made specifically to customer specifications using submitted artwork, all custom and artwork-based orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to customer error, design approval concerns, file quality issues, or changes of mind.


Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact PrintPony promptly. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right, in accordance with our policies.

By submitting artwork and placing an order with PrintPony, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Artwork Upload Policy.
