📦 Non-Custom Products

Changed your mind? No problem. You may return unused, unwashed, and like-new non-custom items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, PrintPony will cover the return shipping and make it right.

🎨 Custom Products

Because custom items are made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective custom items. However, we will accept returns or replacements if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. If that happens, we’ll absolutely make it right 💌 — including covering all return costs. 

💌 How to Start a Return

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Brief description of the issue

Email us at info@printpony.co, and we’ll respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and process your approved return (3–5 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
