Fulfillment & Shipping Times

Our current processing times are displayed in the banner at the top of our homepage.
Production hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets
Please allow 1–3 business days for printing DTF transfers and gang sheets.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon may ship the same or next business day.

Customized / Personalized Products
(T-shirts, Tumblers, Hats, and Patches)
Orders containing customized items require additional production time. Please allow 5–7 business days before shipment.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays due to increased order volume.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50 ship free within the U.S. (estimated 5–7 business day delivery).
You may always select a faster shipping method at checkout if needed.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships so you can follow its progress. Please note that some shipping methods—such as USPS First Class Mail and similar low-cost options—may not include full or detailed tracking.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@printpony.co within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and ensure a resolution is reached, which may include a replacement or a refund depending on the investigation's outcome. For packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist you in locating the shipment.
