Artwork Guidelines

To get the best engraving results, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • We recommend submitting an image in a PNG or vector format (AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG).
  • Images or text should be black with a white or transparent background 
  • Images should have a resolution of at least 300 DPI to get the best results.
  • No photographs or copyrighted material.

Processing & Delivery

While we work quickly, please allow 1–3 business days for processing DTF transfers and non-customized orders during peak times or in the event of unexpected delays.

Custom items (such as shirts, tumblers, or patches) require a bit more processing time, so please allow 3–5 business days.
